Opera in the Market – 2012
Fred and Ginger have again been contracted to event manage, theme and cater for Opera in the Market 2012. We will be working closely with some amazing Melbourne Restaurants to create a food and wine trail, which will feature in the 2012 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. The event is a must for foodies and music lovers to attend.

Explore our food and wine trail as we open the pages of our living, breathing Melbourne-inspired cookbook - featuring iconic restaurants and caterers, The Point Albert Park Lake, MoVida, Estelle Bar & Kitchen, St Katherine's and Fred and Ginger Catering, with selected Victorian wines and microbrews along the way.
Be captivated by acclaimed opera soloists, soprano Elena Xanthoudakis and tenor Roy Best, special guest James Morrison, the Alpha Sinfonia orchestra and 100 voices conducted by Guy Noble.
