Nissan/BRW Corprate National Triathlon Series - 2011
The Nissan/BRW Corporate Triathlon National Series returns bigger and better in 2011. Having successfully partnered with the event for the past 4 years, Fred and Ginger Catering have again been granted the sole catering
rights for the Melbourne and Sydney events.
Event marquees provide the perfect haven to host clients, competitors, colleagues, friends and family. Add a sumptuous catering package to your marquee and all you need to do is sit back, relax and soak up the event atmosphere.

Opera in the Market - 2010
Queen Victoria Market - Mon 22nd & Wed 24th March 2010
Now in it's eleventh year, fruit and forklifts made way for glistening chandeliers, flying banners and beautiful music when 'K' Shed at the Queen Victoria Market came to life. Transforming into an amazing concert hall with superb acoustics, staging, lighting and sound for Opera in the Market 2010
Fred and Ginger Catering were delighted to come on board in 2010 to assist Australian Music Events and The St Vincents Foundation to provide a premium hospitality experience. We look forward to partnering with the event in 2011.
Run for the Kids - 2011
Herald Sun/CityLink Run for the Kids has now become Victoria’s biggest fun run. The 2011 event aims to eclipse this year’s record fundraising result, when 30,000 entrants raised over $1 million for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
The post event village will be the place to be in 2011 and is the ideal location to relax and unwind after the run whilst catching up with your colleagues, family and friends.
Fred and Ginger Catering will provide a selection of hospitality options, ranging from fully serviced premium and hub marquee packages, to simple but scrumptious brunch hampers.
